    We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a Health Care Delivery Finance in DDAT Finance - Senior Manager role!

     

    As the HCD– Sr. Manager FP&A, you will be part of the DDAT FP&A team supporting the financials of HCD DDAT. You will have the opportunity to use your management and organizational skills and logic to lead various efforts for the HCD DDAT team, which will have a profound impact on the organization.

    Job Purpose & Summary:

    Provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment.

    Required Qualifications

    + 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in IT Finance managing multi-million-dollar budgets

    + 5+ years of demonstrated experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word SAP, Anaplan, , Excel, Apptio, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Familiarity with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Workday Adaptive)

    + Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

    + Experience in IT asset management, cloud cost optimization, or software lifecycle management is a plus

    + Deep understanding of IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation models

    + Must have the ability and flexibility to multi-task.

    + Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

    + Adept at business intelligence

    + Adept at collaboration and teamwork

    + Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills

    + Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skill

    + MBA is preferred

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting , Business Administration, or related discipline with financial management focus or equivalent work experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $75,400.00 - $182,549.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
