    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MFT Manager to lead and manage our enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform. You will provide MFT services to various business areas -eligibility, finance and outputs/EDP & Med-D.

    _What you will do:_

    + **Oversee MFT Operations:** Manage and monitor all file transfer activities to ensure data is securely and efficiently exchanged across platforms, partners, and cloud environments.

    + **Team Leadership & Workload Management** : Lead a team of B2B & MFT specialists by assigning and tracking tickets, delegating tasks, and providing regular leadership reporting on team performance and operational metrics.

    + **Techno-Functional Expertise:** Serve as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of B2B & MFT protocols, tools, and integrations. Provide hands-on support for complex issues while guiding the team on best practices.

    + **Collaboration & Compliance:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application development to ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and internal policies.

    + **Automation & Optimization:** Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve system performance, and enhance scalability of MFT solutions.

    + **Mentorship & Development:** Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    + **Incident Management:** Lead root cause analysis and resolution of file transfer failures or performance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

    + **Documentation & Standards:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of MFT workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

    Required Experience

    5+ years of experience managing enterprise MFT platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling Suite, Axway -Secure Transport, Cloud-based etc.) including:

     

    + Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.)

    + Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting MFT workflows and integrations

    + Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Shell, Python), and monitoring tools (APPD, FileGPS, Splunk Sentinel, etc.)

    + Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management processes

    + Experience leading technical teams or managing vendor relationships

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a 24/7 production environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, MFT vendor certifications) are a plus

    + Project management or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus

    + Experience with cloud-based file transfer and integration (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP & hybrid environments).

    + Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

    + Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)

    + Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX)

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $101,970.00 - $203,940.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
