    Accounts Payable Clerk

     

    Burton, OH (Hybrid)

     

    5-Month Contract

     

    Pay Rate: $20/hr W2

    We're seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our client's finance team during an exciting period of growth and system modernization. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a collaborative in-office presence 3-4 days per week at our client's Burton, OH location.

     

    + Processing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately

    + Inputting and managing invoices in current and new systems

    + Executing check runs and payment processing

    + Maintaining vendor records and relationships

    + Leading master data clean-up initiatives in preparation for new system implementation

    + Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

    + Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

    + Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems

    + Experience with system implementations preferred

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $20/hr W2
