Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python SOAP REST Selenium Playwright-E2E testing Webdriver IO.along with a strong understanding of Industry Essentials. This role requires working from our office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IoT solutions contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Good Experience in Python

Good Experience in SOAP REST

Good Experience in E2E Testing using Playwright Selenium and WebdriverIO

Hands on experience on Splunk

+ Conduct comprehensive testing of IoT solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet industry standards.

+ Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.

+ Develop and execute test plans and test cases for IoT platform integration.

+ Utilize Python to automate test scripts and enhance testing efficiency.

+ Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

+ Ensure compliance with industry essentials and best practices in testing processes.

+ Participate in requirement analysis to understand the scope and objectives of testing.

+ Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on test findings.

+ Maintain documentation of test processes results and improvements.

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions.

+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of IoT systems in real-world scenarios.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT and testing methodologies.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes.

Qualifications

+ Possess strong proficiency in Python for test automation.

+ Demonstrate experience in IoT platform integration and testing.

+ Have a solid understanding of industry essentials relevant to IoT.

+ Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Display strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

+ Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85K - $95K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
