Overview

The Lead Installer is responsible for managing and executing the installation of food service equipment at client sites. This role requires technical expertise , leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

+ Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide

+ Taking direction from others to complete the job and good communication with the General Contractor on-site

+ M ust lead other installers in a helper role to be productive and to follow the standards of the company to complete the job .

+ Moving heavy objects and working with power tools

+ Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job

+ Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to travel 3-4 nights per week, 3-4 week s per month.

+ Physical abilities including heavy lifting that will be required . Climbing, bending, kneeling , and squatting.

+ Able to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks

+ Mechanically inclined – knowledge of hand tools is required

+ Preferred experience that is helpful : construction, electrical , plumbing, and /or forklift

+ + Team player , reliable, dependable, and willing to work

+ Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone

+ Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck

+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
