    Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Located in Proctor, Diamond Willow is dedicated to providing quality care to our 56 residents through compassionate care and ensuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus.

     

    Diamond Willow has partnered with Aspire Clinical Intelligence (a clinical on-call help center for care staff) to help support our ongoing clinical needs when our Registered Nurses are off-site. This means more time for our RN’s to recharge and give back to our residents and staff.  Imagine doing what you love but still getting the needed time off.

    Responsibilities

    Observing, tending to, and documenting residents' health needs, including appts., labs, etc.

     

    Communicating with the Clinical Supervisor regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns

     

    Completing Vulnerable Adults, MAARC Reports, and Incident Reports

     

    Working with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure MD orders are processed and performed

     

    Updating families on any changes to the resident and addressing family or patient concerns.

     

    Providing tours for potential admits and admitting new residents.

     

    Addressing and documenting any staff issues that arise.

     

    Overseeing staff and ensuring all staff are meeting job expectations and requirements.

    Requirements

    Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

     

    Leadership ability

     

    Provide on-call support as needed, on a limited basis.

     

    Valid Driver's License

     

    Reliable transportation

    Pay Range:  Starting salary at $72,800, with potential for a higher rate based on experience

     

    Working Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    Holidays:  Six holidays are observed during which employees are not required to work.

    Possess a valid MN Registered Nursing License

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living community preferred
