    Job Description

    Grand Canyon University is seeking an Enrollment Events Support and Marketing Assistant to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Enrollment Support department.

    Purpose within the Organization:

    The purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Support team by running web reports, entering data in both Microsoft Excel and CRM, and completing projects or tasks as assigned.

    Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

    + Organizes time effectively so all prioritized work is completed in a timely manner

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

    + Proficient use of University systems to execute tasks or duties as assigned

    + CRM verification and reporting

    + Zoom reporting and event assistance

    + Communication with internal clients and external partners and/or students

    + Other duties as assigned

    + MS Office

    + CRM

    + Zoom

    Qualifications:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the job.

     

    + Education and/or Experience:

    + Full-time student in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree

    + Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

    + Microsoft Excel experience preferred

    + Zoom experience a plus

    + Ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a passion for success

    + Quick learner

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Positive attitude

    Education:

    Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:

     

    + Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.

    + Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.

    + Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

     

    You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

     

    Pay Rate: Minimum Wage

     

    Expected End Date: June 30, 2026
