    Job Summary:

    The Administrative Assistant to the Trauma Care Program is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of administrative duties and support to the Trauma Program. Duties include but are not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, attending program committee meetings to take attendance and complete minutes, coordinating CME, managing state and campus accounts, assisting with travel, assisting with the coordination of ATLS, coordinating catering, trauma center verification preparation, and other administrative duties as needed. Serves as the primary point of operational contact for the internal and external customers. Provides day-to-day support to the trauma program to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associate's Degree in a related field and three years of administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and computer skills required.

    Work Days:

    Monday -Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with occasional off-shift activities
