What You’ll Do

As our Plumbing Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert overseeing all phases of plumbing projects - from new construction to service work. You’ll lead skilled crews, ensure code compliance, and keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.

Your day-to-day will include:

+ Coordinating plumbing crews across multiple job sites

+ Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and passes inspections

+ Managing timelines, budgets, and resources

+ Conducting site visits to monitor progress and safety

+ Collaborating with contractors, inspectors, and clients

+ Using tools like Procore and ServiceTitan to streamline operations

+ Mentoring and developing plumbing staff

+ Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

+ Troubleshooting and resolving project challenges

What You Bring

+ 10+ years of plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

+ Deep knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection processes

+ Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, ServiceTitan, etc.)

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing

+ A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

+ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test

+ Certifications are a plus!

Pay Range: $48.00 – $52.00/hr

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
