    Job Title: Label Dispatch Operator

    Job Description

    As a Label Dispatch Operator, you will play a crucial role in printing customer-facing labels for regulated products and preparing lot-specific batch records. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality specifications. Your role will involve effective communication and interfacing with work groups to complete daily production tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Print customer-facing labels for regulated products.

    + Prepare lot-specific batch records in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

    + Communicate and interface with work groups to ensure the completion of daily production.

    + Work in a standard laboratory environment while adhering to room-specific PPE requirements.

    + Complete company training requirements on time and operate within all ISO and FDA standards.

    + Maintain excellent attention to detail of alpha and numerical text as well as symbols.

    + Peer review team members' work to catch errors and collaborate to reduce discrepancies.

    + Ensure high accuracy in performing all functions to prevent non-conforming products.

    + Be ready to start work on-time daily and maintain strong attendance.

    + Receive one-on-one instruction through process-specific on-the-job training.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency with labeling software and batch record management.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

    + Ability to follow policies and procedures and meet production schedules.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum of 6 months to 2 years related experience.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Experience in a life science company preferred.

    + Biology or chemistry experience preferred but not required.

    + Familiarity with Bartender Label Printing Software preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

    You will work primarily in a cleanroom and office environment, reviewing batch records and creating labels. The role requires adherence to GMP manufacturing standards and PPE requirements, including wearing company-provided hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), lab coats, safety glasses, and closed shoes. The position involves working mostly with computers, documents, and printers, including Xerox and Sato label printers. The shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.09 - $21.09/hr.
