2nd Shift / 6pm to 2:30am / Sunday to Thursday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands

About the Role:

As a core member of our distribution team, you will be expected to:

+ Perform all functions in the distribution warehouse(s) including; loading, checking, lift/jack movement, housekeeping, inventory checks, and QC related procedures.

+ Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy.

+ Work in our frozen warehouse with your primary duty being a Certified Lift Operator (CLO).

+ Capable of working as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy

+ Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific Safe Quality Food requirements and Safety Guidelines

+ Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed

Essential Duties:

+ Ablity to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly

+ Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20oF

+ Capable of pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20oF

+ Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors

+ Ability to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations

+ Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles

+ All other duties as assigned by supervisor

+ Primary duty as a Certified Lift Operator (CLO)

Pay

Base Pay Rate: $20.27 / hour - $22.53 / hour

Freezer Premium: $1.25 / hour

Shift Differential: $0.50 / hour

Certified Lift Operator Premium: $1.00 / hour

Heavy Equipment Operator Preimium: $0.50 / hour
