R&O Maintenance Technician
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Columbia, MO location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and safety of our operations by ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
+ Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.
+ Ability to work 12-hour shiftsShifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 6+ years of experience in repair and overhaul maintenance.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair processes.
+ Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.
+ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment relevant to maintenance tasks.
+ Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
