    • Manufacturing Process Engineer – Entry Level

    What You’ll Do

    + Design and enhance manufacturing processes by applying your knowledge of product design, tooling, and materials.

    + Analyze product requirements to develop efficient, scalable production workflows.

    + Optimize operations through smart planning of workflows, space utilization, and equipment layout.

    + Ensure product quality by implementing robust testing methods and process standards.

    + Support decision-making by calculating labor and material costs for new and existing processes.

    + Use data analysis to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

    + Serve as a technical resource, resolving engineering questions and supporting cross-functional teams.

    What You Bring

    + Hands-on experience or strong experience in:

    + Machining, CNC, Casting, Foundry

    + Robotics (especially Motoman), Robotic Programming

    + SolidWorks, CAD, Blueprint Reading

    + Process Improvement & Troubleshooting

    + Project Management & Equipment Installation

    + Familiarity with ISO standards and automotive manufacturing is a plus.

    + Bonus points for experience in CNC programming and robotic automation.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
