Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Quality System and Safety DevOps group. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of software release engineering automation infrastructure, support the setup of new vertical build/test farms, and assist in the deployment of Key Management Infrastructure environments. You will work closely with DevOps engineers to implement bare-metal VM/container services and configure virtual Docker-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing execution plans for DevOps projects, including roadmaps and project schedules.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance scripts for software builds and deployments.

• Maintain and monitor automation test infrastructure environments.

• Track and manage issues and improvements in the lab environment.

• Continuously assess and improve the health of test beds; develop tools to monitor system status.

• Gain hands-on experience and develop new skills in DevOps pipelines, release engineering, and security.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS in Computer Engineering, DevOps, or equivalent experience with a BS in an engineering discipline.

• Experience working in a DevOps datacenter environment.

• At least 1 year of educational or professional experience with DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Git Actions, and Visual Studio.

• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows-based services.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of DevOps experience in RF, analog, or digital-related projects.

• Exposure to IC-related software product development.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience with tools such as QT Code Coverage, GCC, CMake, Coverity, Artifactory, Jira, Docker, and Visual Studio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $165000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Morrisville,NC.
