    Job Description

    This role involves leading projects that implement manufacturing strategies for new Neurovascular products, specifically focusing on venous thromboembolism clot removal. The Program Manager will be accountable for all design transfer activities, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, with quality, and on budget. The role demands effective management of project and product costs, alongside proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.

    Responsibilities

    + Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.

    + Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.

    + Innovate and improve the current project management tools and PMO governance.

    + Ensure stakeholder alignment and resource prioritization.

    + Handle employee performance issues and escalate any workflow issues.

    + Review deliverables and conduct spot checks to maintain quality standards.

    + Manage EU MDR Plus or base business or sustaining type of roles, including tasks such as changing labels, GTIN, and transitioning software systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven expertise in project management.

    + Experience in the medical device industry.

    + Stakeholder alignment and resource prioritization skills.

    + Knowledge of EU MDR regulations.

    + Labeling and regulatory affairs proficiency.

    + PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

    + 6+ years of post-graduate work experience.

    + 6-8+ years of project management experience.

    + Experience in new product introduction.

    Work Environment

    This position is based onsite in Irvine, CA. The role offers 2 weeks of paid time off and includes 10 client-paid holidays. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, encouraging innovation and improvement in project management practices.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
