Job Title: Construction Integration Manager
Job Description
The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategies to motivate employees, improve production methods, enhance equipment performance, and ensure product quality and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can resolve production and processing issues, manage staff, and maintain high standards of production.
Responsibilities
+ Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems.
+ Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
+ Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
+ Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
+ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
+ 5-7 years of experience required.
+ OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
+ Ability to read low voltage drawing sets.
+ Experience with low voltage projects is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr.
