Lab Technician

Schedule: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 6:45 AM) | C and D Rotation (Swing Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a dynamic manufacturing team supporting commercial, clinical, and product launch activities. As a lab technician, you will perform hands-on operations in a clean room environment, following strict safety and compliance protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with manufacturing experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate, sanitize, and maintain manufacturing equipment

+ Follow GMP documentation, SOPs, and safety protocols

+ Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems and critical processes

+ Perform in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment (e.g., pH meters, BGAs)

+ Handle parts washing, sterilization, and buffer/media preparation

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace

+ Wear full clean room gowning and PPE, including steel toe shoes

+ Assist with documentation reviews and deviation reports

+ Lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly

+ Perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

+ Work weekends and holidays as required by the production schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile:

+ Open to entry level bachelors candidates or prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment

+ Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills

+ Demonstrates integrity and a commitment to safety

+ Comfortable working in a lab or clean room setting

+ Reliable work history with strong attendance and punctuality

+ Proficient with computers and manufacturing documentation

+ Eager to learn and take ownership of responsibilities

+ Open to candidates from various industries (e.g., batch chemicals, chemical processing)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
