    Maintenance Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.

    + Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

    + Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

    + Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports for audits and inspections.

    + Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support operational goals.

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of Maintenance Supervision experience

    + 1+ years of Supervision within a Union Manufacturing environment

    + High School Diploma or GED Required

    + Previous experience in an Industrial Trades - Electrician, Millwright, or Industrial Maintenance

    The pay range for this position is $96324.80 - $96324.80/yr.

     

    - They do get daily overtime (anything worked over 8hrs is time and a half), time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays)

     

    - $800 off insurance if you live tobacco free

    - Very efficient production - 96% run time where machines are not broken down - maintenance is mostly completing PMs

     

    - Union environment (union dues are typically 2 hours worth of pay per month roughly $50-60)

     

    - Very stable company/ their wheels business is the leading division in the company

     

    - Howmet will get electricians through program to get them journeyman certified - this process takes 3 years (great opportunity to receive journeyman cert)

     

    - Company typically puts anywhere from $10-20 million/ year into the facility for upgrades and new equipment, starting to upgrade to automation

     

    - Company provides uniforms

     

    - Vacation time

     

    - Paid weekly

     

    - Yearly boot allowance

    - 401k = 60% match on first 6% plus 3% contribution

    o All total is about 7%

     

    - 10 set holidays
