    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. This role involves operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move products, materials, and supplies efficiently throughout the facility. Interviews will be conducted at a location across the street from the main plant.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

    + Load and unload items onto trucks, shelves, racks, and pallets.

    + Use RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory tracking.

    + Perform general labor and production tasks as needed.

    + Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper material handling.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (stand-up or sit-down).

    + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

    + Basic math proficiency.

    + Experience with RF scanners.

    + Familiarity with general labor and production processes.

    Work Environment

    + Manufacturing and production-based setting.

    + Exposure to high places, moving machinery, loud noises, dust, odors, and fumes.

    + Facility is not climate-controlled: expect high temperatures in summer and normal temperatures in winter.

    + Dress Code: Steel-toed shoes with jeans or shorts.

     

    Available Shifts

     

    A/B Shifts: 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM

     

    C/D Shifts: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM

    Packaging Shifts:

    + Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + Mids: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + Nights: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
