Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The warehouse associate will securely package materials, items, and parts that are to be delivered to dealers and/or end users, as well as various items being delivered with a radiator. The role requires utilizing various schedules and direction from the Final Assembly/Shipping Lead. The handler will obtain items and parts on the plant grounds using industrial lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Specific work assignments are received under general supervision, with most problems resolved independently.

Responsibilities

+ Securely package materials, items, and parts for delivery.

+ Utilize various schedules and follow directions from the Final Assembly/Shipping Lead.

+ Use industrial lift trucks and other material handling equipment to obtain items and parts.

+ Work independently, resolving most problems with limited supervision.

Essential Skills

+ 2 years of stand-up forklift reach truck experience.

+ 2 years of RF Scan gun experience.

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6 months of blueprint reading experience is a plus.

+ 6 months of experience with calipers/gauges is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm in a clean and organized facility and starting at $20/hr. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so it can become very hot during the summer. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel toe shoes, with safety glasses and vests provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
