Baesman Group is a marketing firm that enables brands to deliver personalized marketing strategies. We currently have a new opportunity for a Digital Print Operator for our Wide Format serviceson our 2nd shift.

The Wide Format Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a full range of digital print and finishing equipment, including EFI VuTEK hybrid printers, Durst Hybrid Printers, Kongsberg cut tables, and laminating equipment. This individual must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly move/lift up to 50 pounds. This role reports to the Director, Digital Print Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented.

• Load, unload, and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production moving.

• Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issues.

• Accurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticket.

• Correctly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finish.

• Perform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when needed.

• Perform quality control procedures.

• Enter daily production reporting on every job.

• Effectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departments.

• Multi-task and deal effectively with competing priorities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Manage inventory of paper and consumables.

• Promote the Baesman Values: Can-do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Always do the Right Thing.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Mechanically inclined.

• Experience in the printing industry a plus!

• Experience working with print and/or digital equipment a plus!

• Basic literacy and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and proactive approach.

• Attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.

• Accurately see/determine color quality and accuracy.
