Job Title: Assembly Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an assembly worker. The role involves assembling plastic components and occasionally assisting with spray painting products. The position requires standing for 8 hours, inspecting plastic caps, inserting a metal ring inside the cap, placing another plastic cover on top, and organizing them on trays. The expectation is to complete 20 trays within a 2-hour timeframe.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble plastic components.

+ Assist with spray painting as needed.

+ Inspect plastic caps visually.

+ Insert metal rings inside caps.

+ Place plastic covers on caps.

+ Organize and complete 20 trays within 2 hours.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to perform visual inspections.

+ Strong hand dexterity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Open to candidates with experience in fast food, retail, or previous manufacturing.

+ Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

The work environment is regulated, resembling a large garage with tables set up in the center. We maintain a casual dress code, allowing shorts but requiring closed-toed shoes. The team currently consists of two full-time employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Lake, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
