    •HIRING NOW: Travelling Millwrights & Millwright Supervisors

    • Location: Based in Cedar Rapids, IA (Travel Required)

    • Pay: $25–$40/hr +$115 Daily Per Diem

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Project-dependent)

    • On-Call: 1x/month (Paid 4 hours/day even if not called in)

    •What You’ll Be Doing

    + Assemble and install steel structures and mechanical systems.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

    + Perform welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and fabrication.

    + Execute complex rigging and precision alignments.

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site.

    + Work in diverse environments—grain elevators, ethanol plants, and more.

    •What You Bring to the Table

    + 1+ year of stick welding experience.

    + 1+ year using power and hand tools.

    + 6+ months of job site welding or fabrication.

    + Comfortable working atheightsand intight spaces.

    + Strong mechanical skills and a safety-first mindset.

    •Bonus Skills (Nice to Haves)

    + Millwright, mechanic, or technician background.

    + Pipe fitting, threading, and installation.

    + Blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Experience with rigging, construction, or industrial maintenance.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
