    Job Title: Food Production and Packaging Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Production and Packaging Associate for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves performing various tasks related to the preparation, production, and packaging of food products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will adhere to strict food safety and quality standards and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

    Responsibilities

    + Operate equipment and perform manual tasks in the food production and packaging process.

    + Follow established procedures to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met.

    + Wear appropriate PPE at all times while in the production area.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.

    + Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.

    + Comply with all company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a food production environment with predominantly cold temperatures ranging from 35 to 45 degrees. Ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining productivity in a dynamic setting.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
