    Now Hiring: Industrial Painters – 2nd & 3rd Shift

     

    _Location: McConnellsburg, PA_

     

    _Pay: $22.75 – $26.40/hour_

     

    _Sign-On Bonus Available!_

     

    _Shifts: 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)_

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Apply primer, paint, and touch-ups using spray equipment and brushes.

    + Prep, mask, and unmask parts to exact specifications.

    + Perform light body work and surface conditioning.

    + Mix paints to match color, consistency, and viscosity standards.

    + Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment.

    + Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a flawless finish.

    + Conduct quality checks throughout the process.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred.

    + Skilled with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixing.

    + Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team.

    + Comfortable with2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced setting.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

     

    Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees

     

    $1,500 Total

     

    $500 @ 3 months of employment

     

    $500 @ 6 months of employment

     

    $500 @ 12 months of employment

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Mc Connellsburg,PA.
