    _Production Worker- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_

     

    _Pay: $19-$24/hour_

     

    _Hours: Monday-Friday, Multiple Shifts Available_

     

    _Join our dynamic team in the insulation manufacturing industry, where you will work in one of three key areas: Build/Package, Cutting, and Weld table. Each area offers unique challenges and opportunities to develop your skills!_

    _Responsibilities:_

    + _Ensure correct items are in shipments in the Build area by reading orders and verifying product and quantity._

    + _Capture photos and complete documentation for task verification._

    + _Operate a cutting machine in the Cutting area, requiring strong memorization and math skills to cut insulation to precise dimensions._

    + _Set up and operate fabric welding machines in the Weld area, including changing fabric and starting/shutting down machines._

    _Skills:_

    + _Production experience_

    + _Machine operation proficiency_

    + _General labor skills_

    + _Proficient in using a tape measure and applying mathematical skills for dimensions_

    + _Attention to detail for assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks_

    + _Capability to perform heavy lifting_

    _Qualifications:_

    + _Ability to document and follow reporting procedures_

    + _Experience with machine setup and shutdown_

    + _Strong organizational and time management skills_

    + _Ability to stage and pull orders for building_

    + _Knowledge of quality standards_

    + _Proficient use of hand tools_

    + _Commitment to safety and housekeeping duties_

    + _Experience in cross-training with material handlers_

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
