Job Opening: Production Operator – Richmond, KY (Contract-to-Hire)

We’re looking for motivated individuals to support our manufacturing operations asProduction Operators. In this role, you’ll assist machine operators, handle materials, and ensure quality standards are met—all in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials to support machine operators.

+ Sort and organize small parts into crates (note: filled crates may be heavy).

+ Perform quality inspections using hand tools and blueprints.

+ Operate forklifts to move crates efficiently across the production floor.

+ Assist with general labor tasks such as assembly and packaging.

What You Bring

+ Experience in a production or machine operation setting.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks and work on your feet.

+ Forklift operation skills (certification a plus).

+ Familiarity with hand tools and blueprint reading.

+ Understanding of pick-and-pack processes.

Available Shifts:

+ 1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

+ 2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:15 PM

+ 3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

+ _Expect 50–60 hours per week, with occasional early starts or late finishes._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr.
