Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour

Job Description

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting hydraulic presses, robotics, tractors, and transfer cars safely. You will perform daily and weekly cleanups, including preventative maintenance and fluid checks, while reporting any potential problems. Additionally, you will perform mechanical mold changes efficiently with minimal downtime and record necessary data such as delay time, car numbers, completion times, piece count, and brick weights.

Responsibilities

+ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot hydraulic presses, robotics, tractors, and transfer cars safely.

+ Perform daily and weekly cleanups, including preventative maintenance, fluid checks, and reporting potential problems.

+ Conduct mechanical mold changes efficiently with minimal downtime.

+ Record necessary data such as delay time, car numbers, completion times, piece count, and brick weights.

+ Maintain a consistent rate of production.

+ Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Conduct quality checks including weight, density, and size using mathematical equations and tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
