Reach Forklift Operator

**Location:** Everett, WA

**Pay:** $22-26/hr, based on experience

Shifts:

+ 1st Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

+ 3rd Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

+ 1st Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

+ 3rd Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

+ All shifts include every other Wednesday as a workday.

Job Description

Join our team as a Reach Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of food products for major companies. You will be responsible for efficiently managing raw ingredients and packaging supplies, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Operate Reach Forklift to move raw materials and finished goods

+ Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems

+ Follow FIFO procedures for storage and shipping

+ Keep warehouse areas clean and organized

+ Work in a cold environment (45°F and below)

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Forklift certification

+ Reach Truck experience

+ Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry

+ Available to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis

Work Environment

The work environment involves food production, requiring personal protective equipment such as hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, and goggles. Employees must provide steel-toe boots. The facility is maintained at a cold temperature of 45 degrees or lower.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
