Hiring for Day Shift Maintenance Electrician

•Charlotte, NC| 💰Up to $95K/year| Mon-Thur 12 hour shifts

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Electricians to join our team in a high-impact role supporting a steel mill operation. You’ll troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment essential to our production process.

Key Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair control panels, motors, sensors, relays, and circuits

+ Maintain and diagnose furnace and forging equipment

+ Read and interpret wiring schematics and blueprints

+ Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley & Siemens)

+ Collaborate with engineers on system upgrades

+ Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance

+ Support minor fabrication tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Experience with PLCs, automation, and schematics

+ Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and valves

+ Mechatronics degree or solid work history preferred

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $95000.00/yr.
