Job Title:Industrial Painter

Join Our Team as an Industrial Painter!

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our growing team on the first shift. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience with industrial painting techniques, this is a great opportunity to work in a modern, climate-controlled facility with a supportive team and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

+ Move parts in and out of the paint booth.

+ Prep surfaces by grinding rust and cleaning with acetone.

+ Mask and tape products before painting.

+ Apply water-based paint using HLVP airless spray guns and pressure cup guns.

+ Ensure proper drying and curing of painted products.

+ Maintain high standards of paint quality.

+ Support other departments during slow periods.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Minimum 6 months of industrial painting experience.

+ Experience painting in a booth environment.

+ Proficiency with HLVP airless spray guns.

+ Familiarity with water-based paint systems.

+ Ability to adjust and maintain spray equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with pressure cup guns.

+ Strong attention to detail and color matching.

Work Environment

You’ll work indoors in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Respirators are required while painting in the booth, and full training will be provided during your first 2–3 weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
