    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined Water/Wastewater Operator to join our team. This role is essential to the safe and efficient operation of our plant’s water systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze water quality within the plant and at discharge points.

    + Collect and test water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory parameters.

    + Clean and replace filters as needed.

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps and related equipment.

    + Rebuild and maintain pumps and mechanical systems.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic and water pumps.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to lift 50–75 pounds independently.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Valid Water Operator License/Certificate (any class).

    + Wastewater Treatment Certificate.

    + Completion of 40-Hour HAZWOPER training.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
