    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team , powder coating experience _required._ The role is majority assembling, but will need to be comfortable utilizing powder coating techniques to ensure high-quality finishes.

    Responsibilities

    + Mechanically assembling smaller parts, following blueprints, use hand tools

    + Perform powder coating tasks using spray guns and paint booths.

    + Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and cleaning.

    + Collaborate with team members in a clean and organized warehouse environment.

    + Adhere to timekeeping protocols with client timecards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in powder coating is required.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility is non-climate controlled, and the role involves working within a team of four members. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with optional hours on Friday from 6:00 AM to either 11:00 AM or 2:30 PM.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
