    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. The role requires expertise in injection molding setup and technical troubleshooting, including accessing and modifying PLC logic for repairs. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various machinery and conducting preventative maintenance, as well as setting up molds and ensuring equipment is monitored and maintained for a clean and safe working environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Conduct injection molding setup and technical troubleshooting.

    + Access, program, and modify PLC logic for repair purposes.

    + Troubleshoot and repair various machinery.

    + Execute preventative maintenance tasks.

    + Set up and maintain molds.

    + Monitor equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Experience in maintenance on injection molding machines for at least 6+ months.

    + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics repair.

    + Industrial and electrical troubleshooting expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 6 months to 1 year of injection molding experience.

    + 1+ years of PLC and electrical experience.

    + At least 6+ months of preventative maintenance work.

    Work Environment

     

    The work is conducted indoors in a non-climate-controlled environment, though equipped with fans to ensure comfort. Shift options include 2nd shift from 3:10-11:40pm, with additional shifts available from 7am-3:30pm and 11:20pm-7:20am.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
