Aerotek Aviation is currently hiring Licensed A&P Mechanics on both a Direct Hire and Contract to Hire basis for a rapidly expanding Aircraft Charter Company that is rapidly expanding it's operation to include MRO Services based out of Kinston, NC. Job Description

A&P Mechanics will be responsible for accurately repairing and performing scheduled maintenance on Cessna Citation Jets and some Gulfstream Aircraft, as well as conducting inspections as mandated by the FAA. The role involves typical line and scheduled maintenance duties, including RII items and 100-hour inspections. Additionally, we have openings in our new MRO facility where mechanics will be performing calendar / annual inspections and related maintenance items along with overhauls and upgrades / modifications to our fleet and to new customer aircraft.

Position Requirements

+ Must have FAA A&P License

+ Experience in either Line Maintenance / MRO environments required

+ Experience with Cessna Citation, Gulfstream or similar Corporate Jet / Business Jet maintenance experience.

+ 2 - 3 years of overall aircraft maintenance experience

Pay Range:** **$32.00 - $50.00 an hour based on experience

Work Environment

The role is based at a small airport with several office buildings and maintenance hangars, many brand new with more under construction. Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours based on workload, and the schedule is a 4-3-3-4 rotation, covering weekend day and night shifts. Expect up to 5 percent travel, primarily local during business days, with some out-of-area and overnight travel possible.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
