    Job Title: Production Associate

    **Starting Pay:** $18–$19 per hour

    Overview:

    Join our dynamic production team in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of daily operations. This position requires the use of cleanroom personal protective equipment and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Sort, stack, and organize products according to operational standards

    + Conduct thorough quality checks to meet production specifications

    + Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment

    + Package and label finished goods with accuracy

    + Maintain detailed records and promptly report any inconsistencies

    Core Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in production, packaging, or material inspection

    + Skilled in stacking and palletizing

    + Ability to load materials into sealing equipment

    + Physically capable of standing throughout the shift and lifting 25–35 pounds repeatedly

    Additional Assets:

    + Forklift certification or experience is advantageous

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    Work in a modern cleanroom facility committed to collaboration and quality. Our team is seeking motivated individuals to help balance production demand and strengthen overall workflow.

     

    + Dress code: Steel-toed shoes, t-shirt, long pants, hair/beard nets

    + Shift options:

    + First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

    + Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

    + Initial training may occur on a separate schedule

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
