Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CDL B class driver to manage local routes in the Kansas City and Wichita area. This role involves driving a box truck and interacting with customers to ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a box truck for local deliveries.

+ Manage assigned delivery routes efficiently.

+ Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.

+ Engage in retail sales activities as part of route management.

Essential Skills

+ CDL Class A or B license with manual transmission experience.

+ Experience in driver management and route sales.

+ Strong customer service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in retail sales and customer service.

Work Environment

Work within a small warehouse where lubricants and oils are stored. The warehouse is non-climate controlled and operated by a team of three managers, with seven drivers responsible for delivering oils. Drivers will make routes to destinations such as Iowa, Arkansas, Manhattan, KS, and Chillicothe, MO.

This is a Permanent position based out of KANSAS CITY, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in KANSAS CITY,KS.
