    Job Title: Material Handler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Material Handler who will be responsible for moving and lifting inventory throughout the warehouse. The role involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment and adhering to safety procedures. You will accurately store products in designated locations using the SAP process, and may operate light equipment as needed. Additionally, selecting and packing customer orders according to SAP processes and performing clerical duties are essential parts of this position.

    Responsibilities

    + Lift and move inventory around the warehouse.

    + Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

    + Follow company safety procedures.

    + Store products accurately using SAP processes and light equipment.

    + Select and pack customer orders per SAP process.

    + Perform clerical duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Order picking, stocking, wire cutting, material handling, packing, palletizing.

    + Experience with stand-up, sit-down, and order picker equipment.

    + Receiving and packing skills.

    + Basic warehouse procedures.

    + Proficiency in SAP processes.

    + Strong computer skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1 year of work experience required.

    + Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.

    + High school diploma or GED preferred.

    + Math and reading skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment, with potential exposure to varying temperatures due to seasonal changes. Safety shoes are required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
