    **Pay:** $23-28/hr

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Avg. 5 hrs/week overtime)

     

    •️** **_About the Role_

     

    We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented **_Warehouse Lead_** to manage and maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts warehouse in Oakfield, NY. This is a key role responsible for overseeing inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations across multiple departments including Operations, Development, EHS, and R&D.

     

    •** **_Key Responsibilities_

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and secure warehouse environment at all times

    + Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution functions

    + Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization

    + Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations

    + Manage inventory using Acumatica ERP and Excel

    + Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits

    + Inspect incoming shipments; report damages or shortages

    + Process warranty/core returns and track rebuildable items

    + Ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments

    + Provide excellent service to internal and external partners

    + Be available for emergency warehouse needs or plant failures (24/7)

    + Maintain documentation and contribute to the warehouse knowledge base

    •** **_Essential Skills_

    + Forklift operation

    + Inventory control & cycle counting

    + Shipping & receiving

    + Material handling

    + RF scanner usage

    + Order pulling

    + ERP system experience (Acumatica preferred)

    •** **_Qualifications_

    + 5+ years of experience in warehouse/shipping & receiving

    + Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

    + Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs regularly

    + Comfortable with frequent standing, stooping, crouching, and manual handling

    + Strong communication skills (verbal, auditory, and hand signals)

    + Visual acuity for near/far, peripheral, and depth perception

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
