    Job Title: Lead Facilities Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead Facilities Technician to join our team. You will be instrumental in planning and facilitating all maintenance repairs while leading a team of two. Your role will include supervising and training property staff, as well as enforcing property and association rules and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and train property staff.

    + Enforce property and association rules and regulations.

    + Plan and facilitate maintenance repairs.

    + Use work order systems effectively.

    + Conduct safety inspections.

    + Deal with vendors.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience in property management or related fields.

    + Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.

    + Ability to build rapport with tenants.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Plumbing, facilities maintenance, make ready, painting, troubleshooting, facilities, electrical, HVAC, repair, facility maintenance, drywall, lighting, inventory, preventive maintenance.

    + Prior experience in multifamily settings and working in high-rise apartments.

    + Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

    + Energetic and self-starting attitude.

    + Driver's License (Required).

    + EPA/HVAC License (Required).

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working in a high-rise apartment complex with a typical schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
