+ This position audits all accounting function entries against computer printouts for Offender Banking, Offender Organizations, Imprest Fund, assure correctness and proper handling. Audits all cash receipts for the Offender Bank Program. Offender Organizations, Imprest Fund, and prepares deposits of these funds to the appropriate bank. In addition, the incumbent will coordinate RLCC Inmate Concession related operations including but not limited to materials and supplies order formation for approval by Administrator Director and Assistant Warden or Designee, materials and supplies procurement/purchase, materials and supplies inventory maintenance/control, inmate withdrawal form accounting management, maintenance of concession facility services, and menu maintenance/adjustment.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
