Position Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations

+ Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair

+ Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

+ Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

+ Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

+ Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or G eneral E ducation D iploma (GED) with 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
