Pay: $16 – $18/hour

Contract Duration: 6 Months

We’re looking for a Bank Teller who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

Job Description

As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the face of our client’s financial services—assisting members with a wide range of banking needs. From opening accounts to supporting loan applications, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist members with checking, savings, IRA, trust, and estate accounts

+ Support consumer, mortgage, equity loan, and credit card applications

+ Resolve account and loan discrepancies with professionalism

+ Promote financial products and services to meet member needs

+ Handle cash and negotiable instruments with accuracy

+ Perform platform banking functions and support vault operations

+ Mentor and assist Level I team members

+ Ensure compliance with federal and financial regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

+ GED or High School Diploma

+ At least (2) years’ experience in Customer Service and Cash handling

+ Experience in banking or financial services is a plus!

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Must be willing to undergo compliance checks

Schedule:

Mondays – Fridays 8:00AM – 5:30PM

Saturdays 8:30AM – 1:30PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
