What You’ll Do:

+ Manage a 60/40 split of customer email communication and data entry of claims cases

+ Review incoming Commercial Motor (CM) loss reports for accuracy, format, and client-specific data requirements

+ Resolve data issues by contacting drivers, fleet managers, or using other retrieval methods

+ Analyze and edit loss report folders to assess subrogation potential and apply standardized coding

+ Ensure timely client/carrier notifications of FNOL within a 24-hour benchmark

+ Set up and manage “letter control” and follow-up (diary) settings for the Subrogation Team

+ Support the Subrogation Team with daily operations and provide backup for overflow loss report lines

+ Take on additional duties as assigned

What You Bring:

+ 2+ years of corporate experience in customer service and data entry

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems

+ Experience handling customer emails in a professional setting

+ Meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ 2+ years of experience in the auto insurance or claims industry

+ Familiarity with Lotus Notes

+ Knowledge of subrogation processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
