    What You'll Do

     

    Sales & Customer Engagement

     

    + Respond to inbound sales inquiries from interested prospects

    + Contact warm, web-generated leads with high conversion potential

    + Close sales using proven relationship-building techniques

    + Take ownership of customer retention and prevent cancellations

     

    Customer Service Excellence

     

    + Handle customer inquiries regarding service, billing, and account management

    + Provide solutions-oriented support across multiple phone lines

    + Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

    + Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

     

    Lead & Database Management

     

    + Maintain organized database of customer leads and existing customers

    + Implement systematic follow-up processes for pending leads

    + Place and process orders accurately and efficiently

    + Track sales metrics and performance indicators

    Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

     

    Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with guaranteed back-to-back days off

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

     

    Training: 3-4 weeks on-site during normal business hours

     

    Compensation Structure

    During Contract Period:

    + $20.00/hour

    After Conversion to Full-Time:

    + Base Pay: $16.50/hour

    + Monthly Commission: $1,700 - $5,000 (average $2,600/month)

    + Total Earning Potential: $23 - $40/hour

     

    What We're Looking For

    Experience:

    + Sales or call center experience preferred (but not required)

    + Customer service experience highly valued

    + Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
