Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives (Remote-Friendly | Call Center Role)

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Join our team and help patients navigate their medical bills with clarity and care.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line—answering questions, resolving billing issues, and helping patients find solutions that work for them. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced call center environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded.

What You’ll Do:

+ Take inbound calls from patients regarding their billing statements

+ Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and mail

+ Explain account balances, payment options, insurance changes, and dispute resolutions

+ Negotiate payment plans and process credit card payments

+ Escalate complex issues to team members when needed

+ Meet daily performance goals and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

+ 1+ year of recent call center experience

+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing preferred

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems

+ Bilingual candidates are a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $17.69/hr.
