TEKsystems is looking for End User Device Technicians who are knowledgeable of hardware and software support to end users of computers, printers, mobile devices and related peripherals. They will be responsible for tagging technology equipment with asset tags, recording assets, imaging, updating, deploying and surplus of all end user technology. Daily work schedule and location may vary depending on the needs.

Position Requirements:

Vocational or technical training or degree: Information Technology and 1 years or more of experience in End User Device Support.

Skills required: Communication to technical and nontechnical audiences (written and verbal); Technical knowledge software, hardware, network applications, desktop applications, Apple and Microsoft products; Time Management - adheres to deadlines; Customer Service; Ability to analyze, plan and resolve issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
