Join a respected community bank as a Compliance Program Manager, where you'll lead the execution and oversight of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs across multiple bank charters. What You’ll Do:

+ Lead and coordinate CRA exams across 5–6 bank charters annually

+ Review documentation to identify gaps in CRA performance and ensure exam readiness

+ Draft clear, examiner-ready reports and documentation

+ Serve as a professional liaison with regulators during CRA exams

+ Coach local teams on compliance best practices and exam preparation

+ Collaborate with CRA data analytics and program management teams

+ Align CRA activities with broader compliance and business strategies

+ Stay current on regulatory changes and CRA compliance trends

What You Bring:

+ Proven experience in CRA compliance within banking or regulatory agencies

+ Strong understanding of banking operations and cross-departmental compliance integration

+ Exceptional writing and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and regulators

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

+ Experience in a multi-charter or community banking environment is highly preferred

Tools You’ll Use:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are key)

+ CRA experience is a major plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
