    Join Our Team as a Patient Financial Advocate!

     

    Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a knack for solving problems? We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Financial Solutions team as a Patient Financial Advocate.

     

    In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping recent patients understand and manage their billing statements. You’ll handle phone calls, emails, and even send out letters to ensure every patient feels supported and informed.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Answering inbound calls from patients with billing questions

    + Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and mail

    + Helping patients understand account balances, late fees, insurance changes, and payment options

    + Negotiating payment plans and processing credit card payments

    + Escalating complex issues to senior team members

    + Meeting daily performance goals and contributing to a positive team environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    + At least 1 year of recent call center experience

    + Background in medical billing, insurance, or healthcare customer service

    + Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

    + Experience working remotely is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $17.69/hr.
