A Beverage Serveris responsible forserving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience serving within a bar setting \(preferably hotel bar\), previous customer service experience, cash handling experience, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays\. Shifts are typically in the afternoon/evening\.

What will I be doing?

As a Beverage Server, yoube responsible forserving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to guest requests ina timely,friendlyand efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials

Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders inappropriate point\-of\-salesystem

Retrieve and deliver food and beverage ordersin a timely manner

Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service

Serve alcoholic/non\-alcoholic beveragesin accordance withfederal, state, local and company regulations

Ensure serving stationis well\-stocked at all times

The hourly rate for this position isgratuities\.
